In this video, I’m playing a fun (and slightly ridiculous) belly dance layering game using my very own Belly Dance Layering Card Deck. I randomly draw one card from five different decks — hips, torso, arms, footwork, and zills — and then attempt to layer everything together into one wild moving puzzle.

It’s messy.
It’s challenging.
It’s creative.

And it’s SO good for your brain and your body.

This little game is an amazing way to:
